"Great Restaurant in a beautiful location. The traditional starters were delicious and the Fiorentina steak was was unforgettable. The curved road that you need to drive to reach the restaurant it is quiet a trip but it is worth it."

"Typical Italian restaurant in a village, way up in the hills. Surprisingly sophisticated given the location. We dropped in on spec' for Sunday lunch and appeared to be the only English speakers in a very full restaurant. Lots of obviously local Italian families enjoying their Sunday meal together. Wonderful atmosphere. None of the waiters spoke English, which simply added to the to the fun and enjoyment of the experience. The food was great and not expensive. The very nice house red was 6EU a glass, we had several!"

"A very nice restaurant where you can eat excellent meat and local mushrooms- porcini. I loved the food and the service which is gentle and attentive. Special mention for the antipasto toscano - Tuscan Starter - that is really abundant and made with high quality products. Wine list is great too. However, we asked for a couple of bottles that were not available. It would be great to mark those that are not available to make the choice easier."

"Sono venuto da lontano apposta per il posto rinomato per i funghi e devo dire che l’ora di macchina ne è valsa veramente la pena. Il posto già dall’entrata con il pergolato di glicine risulta davvero bello. Il dentro conferma il tutto, ben arredato, spazioso e molto bello e ben curato. Il servizio cordiale e veloce come la cucina. Un bellissimo menù che ti porterebbe a mangiare tutto quanto. Noi abbiamo mangiato una tartare al coltello con funghi porcini, un crostone con funghi e fonduta di formaggio veramente strepitoso, insalata di porcini, bistecca alla fiorentina tagliata del peso che avevamo chiesto, due porzioni di funghi fritti veramente squisiti e un tiramisù con una crema davvero buona, più un fondente al cioccolato con sorbetto al mirtillo anch’esso molto buono. Non abbiamo potuto bere vino per esigenze personali, ma leggendo la carta dei vini risulta frutto di un’attenta scelta di vini, non solo con prodotti conosciuti ma anche di altri più ricercati. Veramente un posto che consiglio vivamente perché ne vale la pena. Da ritornare."

"Locale molto curato decisamente sopra alle aspettative, data la zona. Molto bello l'esterno ed altrettanto l'interno,forse stonano sono alcune tele stampate di animali,per il resto molto elegante. Tovaglie bianche e candele sui tavoli,super consigliato per una cena romantica. Personale in sala una signora estremamente simpatica,gentile,sorridente, competente e attenta:voto10! Unica pecca il cibo...non mi ha fatto esclamare uaoh :-( sicuramente carne e funghi freschi ma è il gusto/cottura che non mi hanno appagata...mi spiace dirlo ma per fare una recensione onesta è necessario dirlo.prezzi inferiori alla città ma più alti rispetto ai ristoranti che si posso trovare in collina,ma giustificati dalla bellezza e ricercatezza degli arredi. Se devo consigliare un bel ristorante, romantico,con comodo parcheggio e con un servizio curato sicuramente lo consiglio; se però mi si chiede un ristorante dove mangiare specialità toscane da ricordare per la bontà non lo consiglio."
